Kya Gita 2.71 keh rahi hai ki shaanti paane ke liye ghar-dwaar chhodna padega? Yahi adhiktar log samajhte hain — ki 'sabhi ichhayein chhodna' matlab sansar tyaagkar van mein jaana. Par shlok bheetar ka raasta bata raha hai.

Vihaya Kamanyah ka Arth Kya Hai? (Saral mein)
'Nirmo nirahankaarah' ka arth hai jiske mann mein 'yeh mera hai' aur 'main hoon' ka bhaav bilkul na ho. Log ise bhramvash sannyas aur ghar chhodne se jodte hain. Kintu shlok 2.71 kehta hai ki yeh ek aantarik dasha hai — sabhi ichhaaon, mamatv aur ahankaar se mukt hokar jeena hi sachchi shaanti ka dwaar hai.
Is shlok mein teen shabd ek saath aate hain: nihsprihah, nirmmah, nirahankaarah. Teeno mein 'ni' upsarg hai — yani 'bina'. Bina lalasaa, bina mamata, bina ahankaar. Par kya ye teen alag-alag kaam hain, ya ek hi jad se ugte hain? Aur us jad ko kaatne ka raasta kya hai jab mann roz nai ichhayein janm deta rehta hai?

Vihaya Kamanyah ki Gehri Vyakhya
Vihaya aur Nihsprihah: Ek hi Dhaage ke Do Chhor
Shlok ki pehli pankti mein do shabd bagal-bagal rakhe gaye hain. Vihaya ka arth hai chhod dena. Aur nihsprihah — yani jisme ab chhipi hui lalasaa bhi na bache. Ye dono ek nahi hain.
Koi vyakti kisi cheez ko baahar se chhod sakta hai, par mann ke kone mein uski halki-si chaah baithi rah sakti hai. Phir wahi chaah sapne mein, baatcheet mein, ya krodh mein achanak baahar aati hai. Shlok ki kasauti yahi hai: chhodne bhar se baat nahi banti, chaah ki jad hi ukhaadni hogi.
Yahin ek aur shabd dhyaan kheenchta hai: charati. Paath rehta hai nahi likhta, chalta hai likhta hai. Mool dhaatu char ka arth hi gati hai. Yani jo vyakti ichhaaon ko chhod chuka hai, woh kahin baith nahi jaata. Woh sansar mein chalta hai, kaam karta hai, baatein karta hai. Bas, cheezon se chipakta nahi.
Ichha chhodna alag hai, chaah na rakhna bilkul alag.
Charati: Sannyas Nahi, Sakriy Yaatra
Bahut-se paathak maante hain ki shaanti ka raasta ghar chhodkar, kaarobaar chhodkar, parivaar se alag hokar jungle jaane mein hai. Shlok is samajh ko seedha aswikar karta hai.
Daakiye ko dekhiye. Woh har din darjanon gharon mein chitthiyaan baanta hai. Har lifaafe par kisi aur ka naam hota hai.
Woh padhta nahi, sambhalta hai, pahunchata hai, aage badh jaata hai. Din ke ant mein uska thaila khaali hota hai, aur mann bhi halka.
Ab kalpana keejiye. Yahi daakiya har lifaafe par thithak jaaye, sochne lage 'yeh mere liye kyun nahi', 'mujhe aisi khabar kyun nahi milti'. Tab uska kaam waheen ruk jaayega. Thaila bhaari, mann usse bhi bhaari.
Shlok ka vyakti isi daakiye jaisa hai. Woh sansar mein chalta hai, daayitv nibhata hai, par har anubhav par apne naam ki chippi nahi lagaata. Mujhe yeh baat pehli baar padhte samay rukkar sochna pada tha, kyunki yeh bhaagne ki baat nahi, chalte rehne ki baat hai.
Shaanti nishkriyata nahi, mukt gati ka doosra naam hai.
Nirmam aur Nirahankaar: Do Alag Khambhe
Doosri pankti mein do visheshan lagataar aate hain. Nirmmah — jisme mera ka bhaav na ho. Aur nirahankaarah — jisme main ka bhaav na ho. Paath inhe ek saath nahi milaata, alag-alag ginata hai. Kaaran hai. Dono jhooti pahchaan ke do alag khambhe hain.
- Nirmam baahar ki pakad chhodta hai. Makaan, paisa, rishte — in par mera ki chippi lagaane se rokta hai.
- Nirahankaar andar ki pakad chhodta hai. Main vidvaan hoon, main safal hoon, main dukhhi hoon — in sab mohron ko hataata hai.
Ek vyakti apni saari sampatti daan kar sakta hai, phir bhi mann mein main hi sabse bada tyaagi hoon ki mohar lagaye ghoom sakta hai. Uski pakad chhooti nahi, bas roop badal gaya. Shlok dono khambhon ko ek saath giraane ko kehta hai.
Rangmanch par abhineta raja ka paath nibhata hai. Mukut pahanta hai, rajasi samvaad bolta hai. Parda girte hi mukut utaar deta hai.
Na mukut ko mera samajhta hai, na raja hone ko main samajhta hai. Yahi is shlok ka sanket hai.
Sabse Badi Bhraanti: Shaanti Yani Nishkriyata Nahi
Log shaanti shabd sunte hi kalpana karte hain: baith jaana, chup ho jaana, haath khench lena. Paath is tasveer ko galat batata hai.
Nadi pahaad se utraati hai, maidaan paar karti hai, saagar mein mil jaati hai. Raaste mein patthar hain, mod hain, gaharaaiyaan hain.
Par nadi kahin atakti nahi. Har patthar ke paas rukkar yeh mera hai nahi kehti. Yahi uski asli shaanti hai: ruki hui nahi, behti hui.
Thahara hua paani sadta hai. Mukt dhaara nirmal rehti hai. Shlok ki shaanti isi mukt dhaara jaisi hai — bahav mein sadhi hui.
Adhigachchhati: Pahunchna, Mil Jaana Nahi
Ant mein ek aur shabd dhyaan dene yogya hai. Adhigachchhati — yani pahunchta hai. Paath milti hai nahi kehta: pahunchta hai kehta hai. Shaanti kisi kone mein padi koi vastu nahi hai jo sanyogvash haath lag jaaye. Yeh woh sthan hai jahan sadhak apne pairon se chalkar pahunchta hai.
Jaise koi mehman door ke sheher mein apne sambandhi ke ghar jaata hai. Raasta khud tay karna hota hai. Pahunchne par mezbaan ka ghar bharpur milta hai, par woh ghar apna banakar nahi rakhta.
Theharta hai, sukh leta hai, samay par laut jaata hai. Shaanti bhi isi thehraav jaisi hai — mili hui nahi, chalkar pai hui.
Jo kahin rukta nahi, wahi har jagah pahunchta hai.
Vihaya Kamanyah Arth Aaj ke Jeevan Mein
Aaj ke Jeevan Mein
Yeh shlok ek dhaarna badalta hai: shaanti kisi cheez ko paane se nahi, kisi cheez se chipakna band karne se milti hai.
Nirmo Nirahankaarah: Kya Shaanti Paane ke Liye Sab Kuch Chhodna Zaroori Hai?
Is shlok par sabse gehra bhram yahi hai. Log maante hain: shaanti chahiye, to pehle ghar chhodo, kaarobaar chhodo, parivaar se alag ho jao.
Par shlok ka ek shabd yeh kalpana todta hai. Charati: yani chalta hai. Yahan ka adarsh vyakti baitha nahi hai. Woh sansar mein sakriy hai.
Fark sirf itna hai. Woh har anubhav par apne naam ki mohar nahi lagaata.
Shlok do cheezon ko alag ginata hai:
- Nirmam: makaan, dhan, rishton par mera na kehna.
- Nirahankaar: main tyaagi hoon, main gyaani hoon — yeh bhi ek pakad hai.
Jo sab chhodkar jungle gaya, par mann mein "main sabse bada tyaagi" ki mohar lagaye baitha hai, uski pakad to aur gehri ho gayi. Mujhe pehli baar yeh antar padhte hue rukna pada tha.

Vihaya kaman ko jeene waale kam log hote hain. Likhne waale anek.
Teen-charan dainik abhyas:
1. Subah ka prashn: "Aaj main kis cheez se chipka hoon?" Use naam do. Woh pahchaan hi usse thodi doori banati hai.
2. Din ka karm: Har kaam mein bas woh kaam. Phal, yash, parinaam baad mein. Bas yeh pal poora karo.
3. Shaam ki sameeksha: "Aaj ek pal aisa tha jab maine koi kaam bina daave ke kiya?" Woh pal shaanti ka beej hai.
