Kya 'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam' sach mein 'kaam mein nipun bano' kehta hai? Yahi aam dhaarna hai. Par Krishna yahan kaushalta ko define kar rahe hain, sirf badhane ki baat nahin.

बुद्धियुक्तो जहातीह उभे सुकृतदुष्कृते।
तस्माद्योगाय युज्यस्व योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्

Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam ka Arth Kya Hai? (Saral Mein)
Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam yaani karm mein kaushalta hi yog hai. Aam dhaarna hai ki iska matlab 'kaam ko aur behtar tarike se karo' hai. Par shlok kehta hai: jis ki buddhi samabhav mein tiki hai, woh punya aur paap dono se mukt ho jaata hai. Asli kaushalta technique nahin, balki mann ki woh samata hai jisse karm bandhan nahin banta.
School ke Hindi syllabus mein jab pehli baar 'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam' rataa, tab yahi samajh thi ki yeh dakshata ka formula hai — kaam behtar karo, bas. B.R. Chopra ki Mahabharat mein Krishna ka woh scene bhi isi chhaap ko pakka karta tha. Par yeh shlok definition de raha hai, updesh nahin. Us definition mein woh rahasya chhupa hai jo aage khulega.

Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam ki Gehri Vyakhya
Buddhiyukt: Shabd ka Asli Bhar
Shlok ka pehla shabd 'buddhiyukt' do jude arth rakhta hai. Ek toh sambuddhi se yukt vyakti, doosra samattva-yog mein sthir mann waala sadhak. 'Jahaati' ka mool dhatu 'ha' hai, jiska arth hai tyaagna, chhod dena. Yahan ek sukshma baat chhupa hai. 'Sukrit-dushkrite' yeh dvandva samaas hai, jisme achhe kaam aur bure kaam, dono ek saath baandhe gaye hain. Shlok kehta hai ki sthir buddhi waala sadhak dono ko isi jeevan mein ('iha') chhod deta hai. Dhyan dijiye, kewal paap nahin, punya bhi. Yeh shabd-rachna hi batati hai ki bandhan ka vishay karm ki category nahin, balki karm se aasakti hai.
Punya bhi baandhta hai, agar uske fal se aap bandhe hon.
Punya Bhi Baandhta Hai: Sabse Kathin Satya
Adhikaansh log sochte hain ki dharm ka uddeshya paap se bachna aur punya kamaana hai. Gita is dhaarna ko ulat deti hai. Shubh karm achhe fal laate hain, ashubh karm bure fal. Dono hi sthitiyaan aapko aage ke janam, naye sanyog, nayi ichchhaon mein baandh deti hain. Ek kumhaar par vichar kijiye. Agar woh sundar ghade banaata hai toh bazaar mein unki maang badhti hai, aur woh aur ghade banane ke liye baadhy hota rehta hai. Agar woh toote ghade banaata hai toh udhar chukane ke liye phir chaak chalaana padta hai. Dono directions mein pahiya ghoomta rehta hai. Mukti tab aati hai jab woh ghado ke achhe-bure fal se apni pehchaan tod leta hai. Punya se tijori bharti hai, par tijori bhi toh bojh hi hai. Isliye 'buddhiyukt' kewal sajjan nahin, woh hai jo fal ki shrrinkhala se purnattah mukt hona jaanta hai. Mujhe yeh line pehli baar padhte samay ruk jaana pada tha, kyunki yeh poore paap-punya ke math ko palat deti hai.
Karmasu: Bahuvachan ka Rahasya
'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam' mein 'karmasu' shabd bahuvachan mein hai. Yeh chhhoti-si vyaakaranik bareeki bahut kuch kehti hai. Shaastra kehta hai ki yog ek karm mein nahin, anek karmon ke beech sadhta hai. Rasoi mein, dukaan par, bachchon ki padhai mein, beemaar maa ki seva mein, ek hi saath aur alag-alag. Bahuvachan ka arth hai vividhata, vikhandan, rozana ki ulajhanen. Yog ka manch pahaad ki gupha nahin, balki yahi bikhara hua sansaar hai, jisme das kaam ek saath chalte rehte hain.
Karmasu bahuvachan hai, yog ka manch bikhara jeevan hai.
Kaushala ki Sabse Badi Bhraanti
'Kaushala' shabd par logon ki aam samajh ek badi bhool karti hai. Ise woh hunar, dakshata, nipunata maan lete hain. Jaise koi achha karigar, koi tez businessman, koi successful speaker. Gita yeh nahin keh rahi. Agar kaushala ka arth kewal baahri safalta hota, toh har successful vyakti swatah yogi hota, jo clearly nahin hai. Shaastra mein kaushala ka arth hai bheetari santulan na khone ki kala. Safalta mile ya asafalta, prashansa ho ya ninda, swasthya ho ya bimari, mann ka taraazu hilna nahin chahiye. Yahi asli dakshata hai. Baahir ka kaushala toh hazaar janmon ki mehnat se aa sakta hai, yeh bheetari kaushala hi durlabh hai.
Kaushala naap ka nahin, bheetari santulan ka vishay hai.
Teen Drishtiyan: Sankhya, Karmayog, Bhakti
Is shlok ko teen paramparaen apne-apne dhang se padhti hain. Sankhya darshan mein sambuddhi ka arth hai purush aur prakriti ka bhed samajh lena, jisse dono prakar ke karm-fal prakriti ke khaate mein chale jaate hain, aatma nirlipat rehti hai. Karmayog ki dhara ise falaasakti ke tyaag ke roop mein dekhti hai, jahaan karm karte rahiye, par apne aap ko unka swami mat maniye. Bhakti parampara isi baat ko prem ki bhaasha mein kehti hai, ki achhe-bure, sab fal usi ke charno mein samarpint kar dijiye, phir kaun-sa bandhan rahega. Teeno maargon ki manzil ek hai. Jis kshan mann ka jhukav fal se hat jaata hai, buddhi yukt ho jaati hai, aur yog apne aap utar aata hai.

Yeh shlok ek hi baat palat deta hai: karm ki category se nahin, aasakti se mukti milti hai.
Karmasu Kaushalam ko 'Hunar' Padhne ki Bhool
Is shlok par ek bhram baar-baar aata hai. Log 'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam' ka arth 'kaam mein nipunata hi yog hai' maan lete hain. Isse conclusion nikalta hai: jo jitna daksh karigar, jitna successful entrepreneur, woh utna bada yogi. Yeh padhne mein theek lagta hai, par Gita yeh nahin keh rahi. Agar baahri dakshata hi yog hoti, toh har successful surgeon swatah mukt hota. Shlok ka 'kaushala' bheetari santulan hai. Baahri result nahin. Safalta par mann na phoole, ninda par na toote, yahi asli karmasu kaushala hai. 'Karmasu' bahuvachan hai: ek kaam mein nahin, sabhi kamon ke beech yeh santulan sadhna hai. Rasoi mein, office mein, rishton mein — ek hi saath.
Vinoba Bhave ki Bhudan Padayatra mein Buddhiyukt ka Swaroop
San 1951 mein Andhra ke Pochamapalli gaon se Vinoba Bhave ki padayatra shuru hui jo terah varshon tak chali. Desh bhar mein paidal chalkar unhone laakhon acre zameen bhumihin kisanon ke liye ekatrit ki. Yeh vishaal punya-karm tha. Par Vinoba ne na apna naam kisi trust par rakha, na koi political post sweekaara. Jab koi gaon zameen na deta, woh aage chal padte. Jab koi zamindar hazaar acre de deta, woh utni hi sahajata se agle gaon ki or badhte. 'Ubhe sukritadushkrite jahaati': punya ke fal ko bhi jisne thaama nahin, woh buddhiyukt hai. Vinoba ka jeevan is ek line ki sajiv vyakhya tha.
Teen-Charan ka Dainik Abhyas
Pratahkaal ka sankalp: Aaj ke pramukh kaamon ko mann mein rakhen aur unka fal waheen chhod den. "Yeh hoga ya nahin, main is par nahin tika."
Din ka karm: Har kaam mein poori shakti lagaayen. Kaam poora hote hi use 'kiya hua' maankar chhod den. Na garv, na chinta.
Sayankaal ki sameeksha: Kya aaj mann kisi prashansa par phoola, kisi alochanaa par dooba? Yahi pakdi gayi aasakti kal ke abhyas ka vishay hai.
Aaj kitne karmon mein samata saath thi: yahi karmasu kaushalam ka dainik prashn hai.
