Ye poori material duniya teen dhaagon se buni hui hai. Krishna inhe gun kehte hain, prakriti ke mode: goodness, passion aur ignorance. Ye sab kuch rang dete hain jo aap dekhte, sunte, chakhte, chhoote, soonghte ho, aur chupke se aapke karm chalaate hain. Krishna inpe Gita ka ek pura adhyay dete hain, aur is course ke ek teacher ko bataaya gaya tha ki agar aap us ek adhyay ko sach mein samajh lo, toh ye aapka aakhri janam ho sakta hai. Bhagwan ki teen energies kya hain?

Gunon se pehle, bada naksha. Sab kuch teen energies mein se ek hai.

  • Antarang (internal) energy: khud Bhagwan aur aadhyatmik lok. Ye sanatan hai aur hamesha prakat.
  • Bahirang (external) energy: material duniya. Ye bhi sanatan hai, par kabhi prakat kabhi alp. Jab Maha Vishnu saans chhodte hain, brahmand nikalte hain aur ye energy prakat hoti hai. Jab saans andar lete hain, woh simat jaate hain, aur ye phir bhi hai par dikhti nahi.
  • Tatastha (marginal) energy: hum, jeev, aatmaayein. Humein marginal isliye kehte hain ki hum nanhe hain, aur kisi bhi taraf gir sakte hain. Antarang se jude toh sahi jagah, abhi hum bahirang se judke khud ko pehchaante hain, isi liye yahaan atke hain.

Ek samundar, zameen, aur beech mein beach socho. Samundar antarang energy, zameen bahirang, aur beach, kabhi geela kabhi sookha, hum. Hamari asli sthiti sat-chit-ananda hai: sat, sanatan, chit, gyaan-poorn, ananda, aanand-poorn. Us avastha mein hamara ek sanatan aadhyatmik roop hota hai jo isse banta hai ki hum Bhagwan ki seva kaise karna chahte hain. Hum us se sampark kho baithe hain, yahi poori samasya hai. Abhi hum paani se bahar nikli machhli jaise hain, ret par tadap rahe. Machhli sirf paani mein khush hai, aur hum sirf us aadhyatmik avastha mein.

Teen gun kaun se hain?

Prakriti ke sampark mein aakar, atma uske teen gunon se conditioned ho jaati hai aur unke through karm karne ko majboor, jabki shuddh atma ka inse koi lena-dena nahi.

  • Sattva-guna, goodness ka mode.
  • Rajo-guna, passion ka mode.
  • Tamo-guna, ignorance ka mode.

Krishna Gita ka pura 14va adhyay in gunon ko dete hain, aur 17-18 mein aur bhi, jahan se is lesson ka zyadatar self-analysis aata hai. Adhyay 14 char sawaalon se guzarta hai: gun kya hain, kaise kaam karte hain, har gun mein phansa insaan kaisa hota hai, aur teenon se upar kaise uthein.

Ek kadwa sach. Hum sochte hain hamare paas free will hai, par jab tak teen gun humein chalaate hain, woh aazaadi zyadatar bharm hai. Asli free will tabhi aati hai jab hum teenon se upar uth jaate hain. Tab tak hum goodness, passion ya ignorance se dhakele jaate hain, aur janam-mrityu ke chakra mein atke rehte hain. Aur goodness bhi kaafi nahi, jitna ajeeb lage. Hum dekhenge kyun.

Goodness (sattva) ka mode kya hai?

Goodness teenon mein sabse shuddh hai. Ye prakaashit karta hai, paap ki pratikriyaon se mukt karta hai, aur gyaan deta hai. Goodness wala paap nahi karna chahta. Woh achha karta hai, achhe se behave karta hai, andar-bahar saaf rehta hai, aur sthir aur khush rehta hai.

Toh dikkat kahan? Wahi khushi ek pinjra ban jaati hai. Goodness wala santusht aur surakshit mehsoos karta hai, pakka maan leta hai ki jo chaaha woh paa liya, aur isi tarah apne aaraam se hi is duniya se jud jaata hai. Vyavhaar shaandaar, hamesha doosron ki madad, phir bhi Bhagwan ki antarang energy se jude bina woh yahin reh jaata hai, aur sansaari khushi toh aati-jaati rehti hai. Classic udaharan hain vaigyaanik, darshanik aur kavi, apne gyaan par garv, man mein sthir, materially khush, phir bhi janam-mrityu mein bandhe. Varna ke hisaab se, brahman aam taur par goodness ko represent karte hain. Teachers ke guru kehte the, "Kam se kam goodness ke platform pe aa jao," kyunki wahaan se mukti ka agla kadam chhota hai.

Passion (rajas) ka mode kya hai?

Passion insaan ko anant ichchha se bhar deta hai aur use fruitive karm se baandh deta hai. Ye ichchha aur moh ki rassiyon se baandhta hai, aur sabse zyada stree-purush ke beech ke teevra aakarshan mein dikhta hai. Man bina ruke daudta hai: ye mujhe chahiye, woh kamaana hai, bada ghar khareedna hai. Bhog ki bhookh, samaj mein sammaan ki, naam-yash ki (daan isliye diya ki log taareef karein), ek khush parivaar ki teevra moh ke saath, ek bhavya ghar jo aise banaaya jaaye jaise hamesha rahega.

Yahin zyadatar log jeete hain, aur ye bina nikaas ka jaal hai, sirf anant chakkar. Goodness mein kam se kam ek darwaza khula rehta hai kisi mukti-daayak yoga ki taraf. Passion us darwaze ko band kar deta hai, kyunki insaan kamaane aur bhog mein itna vyast hai ki Bhagwan se judne ka khayaal hi nahi aata.

Ignorance (tamas) ka mode kya hai?

Ignorance pura bharm hai, aur ye paagalpan, aalas aur neend se baandhta hai. Ek aisi jagah jahan kisi ko nahi hona chahiye. Log mazak mein kehte hain "ignorance is bliss," par yahaan ulta hai. Iske jaadu mein aap kisi cheez ko jaisa hai waisa nahi dekh paate. Aap dharmik ko adharmik aur adharmik ko dharmik samajh lete ho, sab ulta-pulta.

Nishaaniyaan: chhe ghante ki neend taaza kar deti hai, par roz das-baarah ghante sona ignorance ka jhanda hai, neend aadhi zindagi kha jaati hai. Is mode mein dooba insaan mehsoos karta hai poori duniya uske khilaaf hai, har kisi ko dosh deta hai, kisi cheez ki zimmedari nahi leta, aur nashe aur neend ka sahara leta hai. Aadhyatmik jeevan mein koi ruchi nahi aur aksar material pragati mein bhi nahi, sirf khud par taras. Ise poori tarah se bacho. Jo ye padh raha hai woh pehle se iske paar hai, kyunki sach mein ignorance wala toh bas so raha hota.

Chhota saar: goodness aapko khushi se baandhta hai, passion bechain karm se, ignorance paagalpan se.

Har gun agle janam kahan le jaata hai?

Aap jis mode mein jeete ho, woh aapka agla shareer aakaar deta hai.

  • Ignorance neeche le jaata hai, pashu-yoni ki taraf.
  • Passion aapko manushya hi rakhta hai, wahi ichchhaayein phir se peechha karne ko.
  • Goodness aapko swarg tak uthata hai, shayad ek devata ya devata ke sevak ki tarah, lambe samay ke liye. Par swarg bhi khatm ho jaata hai. Jab achha karma chuk jaata hai, aap Dharti par gir kar phir se shuru karte ho.

Teenon se upar ek chautha star hai, shuddha-sattva (pure goodness), us atma ka aadhyatmik goodness jo seedhe Bhagwan se judi hai. Wahi, swarg nahi, lakshya hai.

Aap kaunse mode mein ho, ye kaise pehchaane?

Yahi is lesson ka vyavahaarik dil hai, aur ye imaandaar self-analysis ke liye hai, kabhi kisi aur ko jaanchne ke liye nahi. Ye koi exact science nahi, sirf ek ishara. Har column ko dekho aur chupke se poochho, main zyadatar kahan baithta hoon?

  7. Shastra, guru aur sadhu se upar utho, aur Bhagwan se seva ke siva kuch mat maango.
