To guru milne tak kya japein? Maharaj ji ka hi maargdarshan:
"साम सदा शिव जपो, और किसी शिव उपासक को गुरु रूप में वरण करो। फिर उनसे पंचाक्षरी मंत्र लो, फिर जपो। हाँ, सिद्धांत से चलो, मनमानी मत करो।"

Yeh aage ki baat hai. Pehle haath mein mala, honth sthir, mann mein naam. Teenon ek saath.

Jab naam apne aap shwaas-shwaas mein chalne lage, tab mala ki zaroorat ghatne lagti hai. Maharaj ji ke shabdon mein:
"जब प्रत्येक श्वास में निरंतर नाम अभ्यास होने लगे, तब वो अव्यावहारिक दशा हो जाती है — जैसे पलक झपकना, जैसे दिल का धड़कना।"
(Jab pratyek shwaas mein nirantar naam abhyaas hone lage, tab woh avyavhaarik dasha ho jaati hai — jaise palak jhapakna, jaise dil ka dhadakna.)
Us avastha tak pahunchne mein saalon lagte hain. Tab tak mala aapki saathi hai.
3. Counter se Jap Karoon ya Nahi?
Aajkal har koi counter se jap kar raha hai: angoothe mein ek chhota sa yantra, click-click-click. Subah office jaate, metro mein, paidal chalte. Number badhte jaate hain.

Baat saaf hai: samay maayne rakhta hai, sirf sankhya nahi.
8. Maansik Jap ya Bolkar?
Jap ki teen shreniyan hain:
- Vaachik: zor se bolkar (kirtan mein)
- Upaanshu: honth hilakar dheeme se
- Maansik: sirf mann mein, honth bhi sthir
Phal ki drishti se: Maansik jap hazaar guna, upaanshu sau guna, vaachik ek guna.

10. PG/Hostel Mein Rehta Hoon: Kya Karoon?

11. Office Mein Kaam Ke Beech Jap Ho Sakta Hai?

13. Mann Nahi Lagta — Kya Karoon?

Jab aap jap shuru karte hain, aapke shareer mein, aapke ghar mein, aapke aaspaas ki nakaratmakta hilti hai. Woh nakaratmakta nahi chahti ki aap jap karein. Aapka jap use kamzor karta hai.
Isliye shuruaat mein:
- Ghar mein ajeeb jhagde badh jaate hain
- Achaanak kaam mein adchanein aati hain
- Pet kharaab hota hai, kabhi sirdard hota hai
- Jap ke samay ajeeb ghabraahat hoti hai
Ye sab achche sanket hain. Nakaratmakta baahar nikal rahi hai. Rukiye mat. Ghar mein chhota sa havan karwa lijiye, kapur jala dijiye. Jap chalaate rahiye. 10-15 din mein shaanti aa jaayegi.
16. Ghar Mein Log Mazaak Udaate Hain — Kya Karoon?
Dikhaava mat kijiye.
Jap private cheez hai. Apna aasan apne kamre ke kone mein, mala mala-bag mein. Kisi ko aapki saadhna ka pata chale, iski koi zaroorat nahi.
Jab asar dikhne lagega, aapke vyavhaar mein, shaanti mein, aakarshan mein, log khud poochenge. Tab bataaiye. Behes mein samay na lagaaiye.
Tantra, Totke, Vasheekaran: Naam Jap Ke Saamne
Yeh sawaal der-saber har saadhak ke saamne aata hai. Baazaar mein bahut kuch bikta hai — mantra-yantra-taaweez, vasheekaran ke totke, "nazar" utaarne ki raakh-dhaage, "100% guaranteed" tantric upchaar. Aur jab jeevan mein koi dukh kheenchta hai, mann kamzor ho jaata hai, to ye dukaanein apne aap dikhne lagti hain.
Main bhi ek baar lagbhag phasa tha. Ek rishtedaar ne kaha "kisi ne kuch kar diya hai", ek number diya, us "guru ji" ne 11,000 rupaye maange, raakh aur dhaaga bheja. Chaar mahine tak kuch nahi hua. Paise gaye, mann aur thaka. Tab samajh mein aaya.
Maharaj ji ne is poore maamle par bahut saaf baat ki hai:
"छू से जंतु, मंत्र से पानी और राख देने से — ऐसे से नहीं होता। इसका निदान डॉक्टरों के पास जाना चाहिए। और यह सब नौटंकी नाटक में कोई ना फँसे, नहीं हाथ कुछ नहीं लगेगा।"
(Chhoo se jantu, mantra se paani aur raakh dene se — aise se nahi hota. Iska nidaan doctoron ke paas jaana chahiye. Aur yeh sab nautanki naatak mein koi na phase, nahi haath kuch nahi lagega.)
Unhone iski wajah bhi bataayi:
"हम बातों को मानते हैं जो शास्त्र प्रमाणित है।"
(Hum baaton ko maante hain jo shastra pramaanit hai.)
Ab ise naam jap se tulna kijiye.
Mantra baazaar mein nahi milte. Maharaj ji ka doosra sutra hai:
"ऐसे मंत्र कोई बाज़ार है क्या कि ख़रीद ले? भगवान के नाम तो ठीक है — और मंत्र गुरु से लिए जाते हैं।"
(Aise mantra koi baazaar hai kya ki khareed le? Bhagwan ke naam to theek hai — aur mantra guru se liye jaate hain.)
Yaani asli mantra guru-deeksha se aate hain, aur Bhagwan ka naam pehle se sabke liye khula hai. Naam ke liye na fees, na dukaan, na dalaal.
Naam mein koi shart nahi. "जिसमें किसी भी तरह का कोई विधि-निषेध नहीं है। अपवित्र-पवित्र, सर्व-अवस्था…" (Jismein kisi bhi tarah ka koi vidhi-nishedh nahi hai. Apavitra-pavitra, sarv-avastha…) — Maharaj ji ka seedha nirdesh. Tantra mein sakht vidhi hoti hai, galat ho jaaye to ulta asar. Naam mein aisa kuch nahi — snaan na kiya ho, periods hon, beemar hon — naam chalta reh sakta hai.
Naam pehredaar hai. Maharaj ji kahte hain:
"नाम पहरेदार बहुत ज़ोर का है — दिन-निशि, अंदर तो आ नहीं सकता।"
(Naam pehredaar bahut zor ka hai — din-nishi, andar to aa nahi sakta.)
Jab naam bheetar chalta hai, baahar se koi nakaratmak shakti pravesh nahi kar sakti. Raakh-dhaage ki kya zaroorat?
Naam paap-vaasna sab nasht karta hai.
"नाम जपते ही वासनाएँ नष्ट होने लगती हैं, पाप नष्ट होने लगते हैं, पाप की प्रवृत्ति नष्ट होने लगती है।"
(Naam japte hi vaasnaayein nasht hone lagti hain, paap nasht hone lagte hain, paap ki pravritti nasht hone lagti hai.)
Tantric upchaar baahar se asar daalne ki koshish karte hain; naam bheetar se khud badlaav laata hai. Ek sthaayi, doosra hangaami.
Meri seedhi baat: Agar koi "guru ji" aapse paise maang raha hai kisi "upchaar" ke liye, samajh leejiye woh nautanki hai. Ek rudraksh ya sphatik mala uthaaiye, ek aasan bichhaaiye, aur roz 11 din Radhe Radhe. Jo "tantric" hataane ka daava karta hai, woh naam apne aap hata dega. Bina fees, bina dalaal, bina dar.
Anubhav Aur Sanket: Asli Waali Baatein
17. Kaise Pata Chalega Mera Jap Kaam Kar Raha Hai?
Naye jaapak ko yeh chinta rehti hai. Mujhe bhi thi.
Kuch sanket jo apne anubhav mein dekhe, aur jinki pushti kai bade saadhakon ne ki hai:
Shaaririk sanket:
- Jap karte-karte shareer halka-halka aage-peeche hilne lagta hai. Yeh current utar raha hai.
- Aankhon mein bina roye paani aa jaata hai, ubaasi aati hai. Yeh safai hai.
- Kabhi romanch hota hai, kabhi thandi lehar reedh par chalti hai.
Vyavhaarik sanket:
- Krodh kam hone lagta hai. Chhoti-chhoti baaton par uttejit nahi hote.
- Neend gehri hoti hai, kam mein puri hoti hai.
- Khaane mein pehle jaisi laalsa nahi rehti.
Aadhyatmik sanket:
- Mandir jaane par alag si oorja mehsoos hoti hai, rongte khade hona.
- Kuch purane rishte apne aap chhoot ne lagte hain, naye saatvik log milte hain.
- Sapne badalte hain, kabhi isht ki jhalak, kabhi mandir, kabhi sant.
18. Sapne Mein Bhagwan Dikhein — To Kya Karoon?
Pehli baar jab mujhe aisa koi sapna aaya, main bhaagkar sabko bataane laga tha. Yeh sabse badi galti hoti hai.
Maharaj ji saaf kahte hain:
"भगवान के अनुभव छुपाने से बढ़ते हैं। गाने से रुक जाते हैं।"
(Bhagwan ke anubhav chhupaane se badhte hain. Gaane se ruk jaate hain.)
Kyun? Kyunki jab aap anubhav sunaate hain, uske peeche ek mahin ahankaar aata hai: "dekho, mujhe yeh hua." Yeh ahankaar hi saadhna ko ghataata hai.
Ab mera niyam yeh hai: koi anubhav ho, ek diary mein likh leta hoon. Band karke rakh deta hoon. Kisi ko nahi bataata, sirf Maharaj ji ke charanon mein arpan kar deta hoon. Anubhav aur gehre hote hain.
19. Jap Siddh Kab Hota Hai?
Sankhya ki baat karein to kaha jaata hai ek karod jap par mantra siddh hota hai, bhaagya ki rekha tak badal sakti hai. Agar roz 100 mala karein to saal bhar mein ek karod.
Aur ek baat jo log aksar poochte hain — kundalini jaagran, chakra bhedan, divya drishti, siddhiyaan — inke liye alag se kya karna hai? Maharaj ji ka jawaab bahut seedha hai:
"कुंडलिनी जागृत कर देगा। ये चक्रों का भेदन कर देगा। ये सब कर देगा। नाम जप में लगो।"
(Kundalini jaagrat kar dega. Ye chakron ka bhedan kar dega. Ye sab kar dega. Naam jap mein lago.)
Aur iske peeche shastra ka sutra — "कलयुग केवल नाम अधारा।" (Kalyug kewal naam adhaara.) Yaani jo kuch ashtang yog, kathor tapasya, ya tantric saadhna se milne ka daava hai, woh sab naam jap khud kar deta hai — apne samay par, apne dhang se. Divya drishti ke baare mein to unhone ek khuli guarantee di hai:
"नाम जप करो — अगर संसार भगवान का स्वरूप ना नज़र आने लगे तो मुझे कहना।"
(Naam jap karo — agar sansaar Bhagwan ka swaroop na nazar aane lage to mujhe kahna.)
Sansaar mein har jagah Bhagwan dikhne lagna — yahi sachchi divya drishti hai. Yeh naam jap ka swabhavik phal hai, alag se maangne ki cheez nahi.
Par bhaav ki baat karein to mantra siddh tab hota hai jab Bhagwan se kuch maangne ka mann hi nahi rehta. Bas unka mil jaana kaafi lagta hai.
Yahin mantra siddh aur saadhak siddh ka antar hai. Mantra siddh woh jo shakti maange to mil jaaye. Saadhak siddh woh jo shakti maange hi nahi, bas prem maange.
Hamara lakshya pehla nahi, doosra hai.

20. Brahmacharya Kitna Zaroori Hai?
Bahut zaroori. Par ghabraaiye nahi.
Grihasth hain, vivahit hain to poore brahmacharya ki maang nahi hai. Par 11 din ka pran le sakte hain. Is dauraan saadhna teevra hogi.
Avivahit hain, chhatra hain to basic brahmacharya zaroori hai. Aankhon ka, vichaaron ka, porn aur filmy vaasna se doori. Yeh saadhna ki neenv hai.
21. Khaane Mein Kya Badloon?
Bahut kuch nahi. Shuruaat mein bas:
- Tamasik bhojan kam: maans, sharaab, pyaaz-lehsun (tulsi mala par jap karte hain to band).
- Raat ka khaana halka, suryaast se pehle ho sake to behtar.
- Jap se pehle kuch na khaayein, khali pet ya halka phalaahaar.
- Gusse mein, dukh mein bhojan na banaayein. Khaana oorja leta hai banaane waale se.
Dheere-dheere shareer khud bataayega kya chahiye. Jab shareer shuddh hoga, tamasik cheezon ki talab apne aap kam hogi.
22. Guru Ke Bina Jap Ho Sakta Hai?
Yeh shayad sabka samvedansheel sawaal hai. Maharaj ji ki saaf baat yahaan do hisson mein hai —
Naam jap — haan, bina guru ho sakta hai. Radhe Radhe, Hare Krishna, Shri Ram, Saam Sadashiv (mann mein) — ye naam sabke liye khule hain. Kisi bhi avastha mein, kahin bhi jap sakte hain.
Mantra jap — nahi. Maharaj ji ne spasht kaha hai:
"पंचाक्षरी मंत्र है, किसी गुरु से मंत्र लो और फिर उच्चारण मत करो। सिद्धांत से चलो, मनमानी मत करो।"
(Panchakshari mantra hai, kisi guru se mantra lo aur phir uchcharan mat karo. Siddhant se chalo, manmani mat karo.)
Yaani Om Namah Shivaya, Gayatri, Navarna, Mahamrityunjaya — ye sab bina guru-deeksha nahi.
To kya karein jab tak guru na mile? Maharaj ji ka hi maarg:
"साम सदा शिव जपो, और किसी शिव उपासक को गुरु रूप में वरण करो। फिर उनसे पंचाक्षरी मंत्र लो।"
(Saam Sada Shiv japo, aur kisi Shiv upaasak ko guru roop mein varan karo. Phir unse panchakshari mantra lo.)
Vyavhaarik anuvaad: naam jap chalaate rahiye roz. Saath-saath kisi sant ke satsang sunte rahiye — Maharaj ji ke satsang itne uplabdh hain ki sunte-sunte mann un par jaaye to yeh maansik judaav bhi ek sahara hai. Aur Bhagwan se prarthna kariye ki sachcha guru mile. Maharaj ji kahte hain — "वही गुरु है, किसी किसी रूप में मिलकर वही दे देंगे।" (Wahi guru hai, kisi kisi roop mein milkar wahi de denge.)
Meri vyaktigat baat — mere ek mitra ne seedhe Om Namah Shivaya shuru kar diya tha, bina kisi deeksha ke, aur use koi dikkat nahi hui. Bhagwan ki kripa hai. Par yeh apvaad hai, niyam nahi. Maharaj ji ka nirdesh siddhant hai, anubhav apvaad. Naye jaapak ko siddhant se chalne ki salah doonga.
23. Isht Dev Kaise Choonoon?
Ek saral tareeka jo maine paaya.
Aankh band kijiye. Sochiye: "agar aaj mere shareer ka antim kshan ho, to main kis Bhagwan ke paas jaana chahoonga? Kiske naam par sabse pehle mann jaayega?"
Wahi aapke isht hain.
Agar uttar saaf nahi aata, koi tanaav nahi. Radhe Radhe ya Hare Krishna se shuru kar dijiye — ye sabse khule naam hain. Dheere-dheere isht apne aap prakat hote hain. Aksar ek isht se doosre par mann jaata hai, yeh saamanya hai. Final isht woh hai jo saalon baad bhi badle nahi.

Khaas Dinon Ki Baat
24. Navratri, Shivratri, Ekadashi Par Vishesh Jap?
Haan. In dinon ka phal kai guna hota hai.
- Navratri: Devi ke naam ka jap 10,000 guna phal
- Shivratri: Shiv ke naam ka jap (Saam Sadashiv, Har Har Mahadev) 1,000 guna
- Ekadashi: Vishnu / Krishna naam ka jap 1,000 guna
- Surya/Chandra grahan: naam jap 1,000 guna
In dinon atirikt sankalp lijiye. Roz ki 1 mala ko 11 ya 21 kar dijiye. Khaas kuch maangiye nahi, bas Bhagwan ke darshan ya kripa.

25. Sankalp Kya Hota Hai, Kaise Loon?
Is par kam baat hoti hai, par yeh bahut zaroori hai.
Sankalp yaani jap shuru karne se pehle Bhagwan ko bataana ki aap kya karne jaa rahe hain, kyun kar rahe hain.
Vidhi: haath mein thoda jal lijiye. Aasan par baithkar kahiye:
"Mera naam [aapka naam], pita ka naam [pita ka naam] hai. Aaj [tithi] hai. Main aaj se [itne] din tak, roz [itni] mala [is] mantra ki jap karne ka sankalp leta/leti hoon. Uddeshya — Bhagwan [isht ka naam] ke charanon mein prem ki praapti."
Jal thoda maathe par, baaki mandir ya tulsi mein.
Bina sankalp oorja bikhri rehti hai. Sankalp se use disha milti hai. Nakaratmakta use chura nahi paati. Aur 11 din ka sankalp agar pura ho gaya, to aapki pehli jeet hui.
Aakhir Mein: Apni Baat
Do saal pehle main bhi yahi sochta tha ki jap karna koi kathin kaam hai, bada anushasan chahiye, bahut kuch chhodna padega.
Bilkul galat.
Aaj lagta hai ki jap karna sabse saral kaam hai. Na karna sabse kathin.
Jo pehle-pehal maine socha tha, yeh dharma hai, ismein ooncha-neecha, shuddh-ashuddh, sab niyam hain, woh sab toot gaya. Jap koi dhaarmik karmkaand nahi. Yeh mann ki dawai hai.
Aap subah daant maanjte hain. Kyun? Kyunki raat bhar gandagi jam gayi. Mann mein bhi din bhar, jeevan bhar, janmon se gandagi jami hai. Jap uski safai hai. Roz ki. Ise chhodiye mat.

Mantra jap mein beej akshar hote hain (ॐ, ऐं, ह्रीं aadi), uchcharan-vidhi-disha ke sakht niyam hain, aur guru-deeksha ka mahatva hai. Naam jap mein sirf Bhagwan ka naam (Radhe, Ram, Krishna, Shiv) lena hai, kahin bhi, kisi bhi avastha mein, bina vishesh niyam. Kaliyug mein naam jap ko shreshth bataaya gaya hai kyunki yeh har pal uplabdh rehta hai.
Naye Jaapak Ko Naam Jap Se Shuru Karna Chahiye Ya Seedhe Mantra Se?
Naam jap se shuru kijiye. Pehle 3-6 mahine sirf Radhe Radhe, Hare Krishna, Shri Ram Jai Ram, ya (Shiv bhakt ke liye) mann mein Saam Sadashiv — inmein se koi ek. Maharaj ji ka seedha nirdesh hai ki mantra — Om Namah Shivaya, Gayatri, Navarna, Mahamrityunjaya — guru-deeksha ke baad hi japein. Bina deeksha mantra jap ko "manmani" kaha gaya hai.
Apne Isht Ke Liye Kaun Sa Naam Japoon (Guru Milne Tak)?
Ye naam hain, mantra nahi — bina deeksha khule hain: Shiv bhakt — Saam Sadashiv (mann mein, zor se nahi). Krishna bhakt — Radhe Radhe ya Hare Krishna. Ram bhakt — Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram. Aadarsh samay Brahmamuhurat hai (suryoday se dedh ghante pehle, lagbhag 4:00 se 5:30 baje). Vyavhaarik roop se, apni sabse shaant waali subah chuniye. Mukhya baat: roz ek hi samay, ek hi jagah, ek hi aasan.
Kya Counter Se Jap Shastra Sammat Hai?
Shastron mein mala aur anguliyon ki ganana ki parampara hai. Counter ek naya vikalp hai, bura nahi, par abhimaan se bachiye aur pehle aasan waala jap seekhiye. Bade sant haath mein counter nahi rakhte kyunki unke mann mein naam apne aap chalta hai.
Maasik Dharm Ke Dinon Mein Jap Kar Sakti Hain?
Maansik jap kar sakti hain. Par mala se jap nahi karna, aasan par nahi baithna. Yeh paramparik niyam hai jo shareer ko vishraam dene ke liye banaaya gaya hai.
Kitne Din Mein Asar Dikhega?

Purani Mala Toot Jaaye To Kya Karein?
Phenke kabhi nahi. Kisi pavitra nadi mein visarjit kar dijiye, ya tulsi ke paudhe ke neeche rakh dijiye, ya kisi mandir mein samarpit kar dijiye. Purani mala mein aapki saalon ki oorja hai, uska aadar kariye.
Kya Non-Veg Khaane Waale Jap Kar Sakte Hain?
Basic jap haan. Par tulsi mala nahi, rudraksh lijiye. Aur dheere-dheere tamasik bhojan kam karne ka prayaas kariye. Saadhna badhne par shareer khud tamasik bhojan chhodne lagega.
Mala Par Jap Karte Waqt Sumeru (Bada Manka) Paar Karein Ya Lautein?
Nahi, sumeru paar nahi karna. 108 manke poore hue, sumeru tak pahunche, wahaan se ulta ghumakar waapas aaiye. Yeh aadar ka niyam hai, sumeru ko guru maante hain.
Gharwale Jap Ke Liye Mana Karte Hain To Kya Karoon?
Chupchaap kijiye. Kisi ko bataane ki zaroorat nahi. Maansik jap kariye, lete hue, kaam karte hue. Jab aapka vyavhaar badalne lagega, gharwale khud samarthan denge. Behes mein samay na lagaaiye.
Kya Naam Jap Purane Paap Karmon Ko Nasht Kar Sakta Hai?
Haan, par ek naazuk bhed samajh leejiye. Maharaj ji ne spasht kaha hai:
"नाम जप पर विश्वास रखिए। नाम जप कीजिए। पहाड़ के पहाड़ जैसे पाप नष्ट हो जाएँगे।"
(Naam jap par vishwaas rakhiye. Naam jap kijiye. Pahaad ke pahaad jaise paap nasht ho jaayenge.)
Shastra bhi yahi dohraata hai — "नाम संकीर्तनम् यस्य सर्व पाप प्रणाशनम्।" (Naam sankeertanam yasya sarv paap pranaashanam.) Yaani purane paap karm naam se dhulte hain. Par prarabdh (pichhle janmon ke phalit karm) ke sukh-dukh to bhogne hi padte hain — Maharaj ji ka alag sutra hai: "प्रारब्ध फल देता है — दुख या सुख, विपत्ति या संपत्ति, हर्ष या शोक।" (Prarabdh phal deta hai — dukh ya sukh, vipatti ya sampatti, harsh ya shok.)
