Naam Jap Mein Mann Kyon Nahi Lagta: Asli Wajah

Chalte-Phirte Bhi Hota Hai Naam Jap: Bhakti Ki Asli Paribhasha
Jab baithke jap nahi hota, sawaal uthta hai: kya chalte-phirte, kaam karte hue bhi naam jap ho sakta hai?
Haan. Aur yahi asli rahat ki baat hai.
Devarshi Narad ji ke Bhakti Sutra ki shiksha yahi hai: hamara har aachar Bhagwaan ke anukool ho, unhe samarpita ho. Maharaj ji ne ek jigyaasu ko isi prasang mein jawab diya jo keh raha tha, "ab shareer se thik se baitha nahi jaata, bhakti kaise hogi?" Maharaj ji ne kaha:

Ninda karne aur sunne, dono se hi paap ka bhaar badhta hai. Aur yahi woh energy nast hoti hai jo naam jap ke liye chahiye. Maharaj ji ne kaha: jab ninda ho rahi ho, kaan mein ungli daalo, Radha-Radha bolo, utho aur wahan se chale jaao. Shastra ka seedha jawab hai:
पर निंदा के किए ते आवत नहीं कछु हाथ।
मूर्ख पर्वत पाप को ले चल अपने साथ।।
Doosron ki burai karne se kuch milta nahi. Moorakh paap ka pahad khud apne saath le chalta hai.

"Woh bhala hai, bura hai, jaisa bhi hai, Bhagwaan jaane. Humko kya matlab?" Yeh soch hi mann ko halka karti hai. Bekaar mein paap ki potli sar par kyon baandhein?
Aur agar pehle kuch ninda sun bhi li ho toh koi baat nahi. Bhagwaan se maafi maango, turat naam ki sharan lo. Mann shaant ho jaayega.
Mann ko ninda se bachaake naam mein sthir rakhne ka sabse sundar fal Swami Haridas ji ki katha mein milta hai.

Ek jigyaasu ne poocha: "Jisne swaroop ke darshan hi nahi kiye, naam jap mein swaroop kaise aayega?"
Maharaj ji ne kaha: Naam hi karwata hai. Bina naam jap ke jhaanki nahi aati.

Tung Vidya ji ka prasang bhi isi se juda hai. Maharaj ji ne samjhaya: jaise maths mein maani sankhya rakh ke sawaal halta hai, waisi hi Tung Vidya ji ko maan ke maanasi seva mein tatpar ho jaao. Paashaan moorti ho, chitrapata ho, prakritik roop ki kisi bhi aaradhana se chidanand roop tak pahunchna sambhav hai.
Dheere-dheere, naam jap karte-karte, indriyon ki praakritik shamta hatne lagti hai. Chidanand shamta aane lagti hai. Mujhe lagta hai yahi is poori shiksha ka sabse gehra bindu hai. Hum jo aaradhana kar rahe hain woh praakritik roop ki hai, lekin uski manzil chidanand swaroop hai.

Maharaj ji ne saaf kaha: "Jab hum Radha Radha bahut japenge, hamara mann nispaap hoga. Tab Radha roop jhalakegaa. Aur jab Radha roop jhalakegaa, toh premamay ho jaaoge."

Nirantar naam jap se mann ke puraane sanskaar dhulte hain. Jaise kapda roz dhone se saaf rehta hai, naam jap mann ki malinta uthata hai. Radha naam nirantar lete-lete jab mann nispaap hota hai, hridaya aanand se bhar jaata hai. Woh aanand baani ka vishay nahi.
Iska shaastriya aadhaar:
"ब्रह्मविद ब्रह्म भवती।"

"Gandagi Delete Ho Rahi Hai", Yeh Naam Ka Kaam Hai

Kya Karein Jab Malin Vichar Aaye?
- Ruko mat. Yeh sabse zaroori sutra hai. Jap rokoge, gandagi usi jagah baith jayegi. Bas aage badho, Radha Radha.
- Apne ko koso mat. "Main ganda hoon", yeh mat socho. Jo saaf ho raha hai, wahi dikh raha hai.
- Vichar se lado mat. Ladne se woh aur mazboot hota hai. Bas use "hat" bolkar naam par wapas aao.
- Pavitra ho ya apavitra, naam pakde raho. Shuddhi ki prateeksha mat karo. Naam swayam shuddhi kar raha hai.

Sabse Bada Reassurance
Yeh anubhav sirf tumhara nahi hai. Hazaaron jaapak yahi mehsoos kar chuke hain. Maharaj ji, aur anya sant, sab baar-baar yahi samjhaate hain: gandagi ja rahi hai, isiliye dikh rahi hai.
Jap mat roko. Apne ko mat koso. Maa ki raksha ka sahara lo. Aur Radha Radha kehte raho.

Naam jap se mann nispaap hota hai, tab chidanand shamta jaagti hai. Maharaj ji ne kaha: "Jab hum Radha Radha bahut japenge, hamara mann nispaap hoga. Tab Radha roop jhalakegaa. Aur jab Radha roop jhalakegaa, toh premamay ho jaaoge." Swami Haridas ji ka jeevan isi satya ka praman hai.
Naam jap ki yeh yatra, mann ke bhatakne se shuru hokar chidanand ki jhalak tak, ek din mein nahi hoti. Lekin raasta seedha hai. Mann bhatke toh laao. Ninda aaye toh Radha-Radha karo. Grihastha jeevan mein rehkar, kamate-khaate-khilaate, naam japte raho. Bhajan Marg ki is paavan parampara ki yahi shiksha hai, yahi saar hai.
