Ghar mein sharab ki bottle chhupi ho, aur mann kahe, "aaj bas aakhri baar." Kal phir wahi haal. Yeh cycle jisne jiya hai, wahi jaanta hai. Sharab ki lat kaise chode, yeh question kitna gehra dard lekar aata hai.

Sharab ki lat se kaise chhutkara payen?

Aksar hum sochte hain ki nasha sirf ek buri aadat hai. Zara-si ichhashakti laao, chhoot jayegi.

Lekin Maharaj ji isse bahut gehri nazar se dekhte hain. Wo kehte hain yeh rakshasi buddhi ka prakatan hai. Jab tak wo buddhi nahi badalti, bahari upay kaam nahi karenge.

Aur rakshasi buddhi badalti hai adhyatm se.

Isiliye Maharaj ji ka uttar ichhashakti nahi hai, rehabilitation center bhi nahi. Shri ji ki kripa hai. Jo bheetar se jad kaatti hai aur sanskar badal deti hai. Jo wo karti hai jo dashakon ki koshish nahi kar payi.

Meerut ke Jani Rana ji ne khud apne jeevan mein yahi anubhav kiya. Unhone likha:

"दारू के बिना मैं रह नहीं सकता था।"

"Daaru ke bina main reh nahi sakta tha."

Yeh siddhantik baat nahi. Maharaj ji ke satsang mein iske jeevit pramaan aate hain.

Kya satsang se sach mein vyasan chhoot jaata hai?

Jani Rana ji, Meerut se. Yeh naam un sabhi ke liye ek umeed hai jo sochte hain ki unse nasha nahi chhootega.

Unhone Maharaj ji ko likha ki pehle jeevan bigda hua tha. Sharab itni thi ki poora parivar dukhi tha. Khud bhi jaante the ki galat ho raha hai, phir bhi ruk nahi paate the. Parivar ne samjhaya. Ichhashakti lagayi. Kuch nahi hua.

Phir satsang-shravan shuru hua, aur wo hua jo dashakon mein nahi hua tha.

Maharaj ji ke shabd, bina kisi jadu ke, bina kisi dawa ke, bheetar utarte gaye. Sanskar badalte gaye. (Main bhi pehle yahi sochta tha ki aisa parivartan sirf kitabon mein hota hai.) Ek din Jani Rana ji ne likha:

"कभी सोचा नहीं था कि ऐसा भी जीवन आएगा!"

"Kabhi socha nahi tha ki aisa bhi jeevan aayega!"

Aur bahari parivartan dekhiye, lehsun-pyaaz tak chhod diya. Yeh aantarik kranti ka bahari pramaan hai. Jab bheetar ka bhaav badalta hai, to bahari aacharan khud-ba-khud badal jaata hai.

Maharaj ji ne unhe sunkar kaha: "Bhagwan ki vishesh kripa aap mein hai jo aapne jeevan ko sambhal liya."

Shravan-matra se sanskar kaise badalte hain? Maharaj ji iska uttar dete hain. Jab updesh dene wale ka uddeshya keval jagat ka mangal ho, jab unke jeevan ka tap aur bhajan us shabd mein samaya ho, tab wahi shabd jaata hai aur parivartan kar deta hai. Parantu parivartan ke baad ki pareeksha aur bhi kathin hoti hai, ek baar chhootne ke baad daldal mein dobara na girna.

Ganga ghat par suryoday — vyasan chodne ke baad ki pavitra shuruaat
Jo sharab chooti, woh mala se judi — yahi asli punarjanm hai.

Nasha chhodne ke baad relapse se kaise bachen?

Nasha chhoot gaya. Yahi kaafi nahi hai.

Maharaj ji ki ek spasht chetavni hai. Jaise haath toot jaye aur jud jaye, to theek to ho jaata hai, lekin wahaan kamzori bani rehti hai. Ek dabaav mein toot sakta hai. Bure mitron ki ek bhent varshon ki sadhana ko pal mein dho sakti hai.

Koi purana dost milega aur kahega: "Are yaar, itna bada bhagat ban gaya?" Aur paanchwein din Vrindavan chhoot jayega.

Tulsidas ji ne kaha tha: "Uma, te log abhagi jo Hari taj hoye vishay anuragi." Jo Bhagwan ka naam chhodkar vishayon ki taraf laut-ta hai, wo abhaga hai. Kathor shabd hai, par sachcha hai.

Lekin is khatre se bachne ka upay bhi Maharaj ji ne diya hai:

"शब्दों से ही शक्ति मिल जाएगी। शब्दों से ही आशीर्वाद मिल जाएगा।"

"Shabdon se hi shakti mil jayegi. Shabdon se hi aashirvaad mil jayega."

Naam-jap aur satsang-shravan, yeh dainik anivaryata hai (aur yeh baat koi nahi batata, lekin Maharaj ji baar-baar isi par zor dete hain). Jaise roz khana khate hain, waise roz satsang sunna hai. Yahi kavach hai, yahi wo durg hai jiske bheetar relapse ki taakat nahi pahunchti.

Vyasan ka ek aur chhupa aayam hai jise Maharaj ji vishesh roop se uthate hain, mata-pita ko hone wala kasht.

Nayi subah — paani, tulsi, mala — nashe ki jagah naam ka sahara
Har din nayi shuruaat — ek mala, ek tulsi, ek sankalp.

Mata-pita ko kasht dene ka kya parinaam hota hai?

Sharabi santaan ke kaaran ghar mein jo dukh hota hai, wo shabdon mein nahi aata. Maa raaton ko roti hai. Pita aankhen churate hain. Aur yeh dukh seedhe us santaan ke bhagya par padta hai.

Maharaj ji kehte hain ki rakshasi buddhi tab aur bhi gehri ho jaati hai, jab maa kuch keh de, aur nashe mein haath uth jaye. Yeh koi chhoti baat nahi.

Upay? Mata-pita ki seva.

"जिसने अपने माता-पिता को पूज लिया उसको सुख पहुंचा दिया। वो जिंदगी में कभी दुखी नहीं रहेगा।"

"Jisne apne mata-pita ko pooj liya usko sukh pahuncha diya. Wo zindagi mein kabhi dukhi nahi rahega."

Vyasan-mukti aur mata-pita ki seva do alag baatein nahi hain. Jab bheetar ki rakshasi buddhi jaati hai, to maa-baap ki seva khud swabhavik ho jaati hai. Aur jab unki seva hoti hai, to Bhagwan ki kripa ka raasta khulta hai.

Buri sangati se bachne ke kya upay hain?

Purane mitron se doori, yeh sunkar kathin lagta hai. Varshon ki dosti hai. Lekin Maharaj ji saaf kehte hain: jo mitra galat marg par lagaye, wo shatru hai. Mitra ka baana pehenkar shatru aata hai.

Yeh doori vinamrata se banayi ja sakti hai, par dridhta zaroori hai.

Aur jab purane mitra chhooten, to naya vatavaran chahiye. Satsang-samaj mein judna practical solution hai. Naya mahaul nayi aadatein banata hai, purani chhudata hai.

Mujhe lagta hai ki Jani Rana ji ka parivartan isiliye tika, kyunki unhone keval nasha nahi chhoda, unhone ek naya jeevan apnaya. Unhone khud likha:

"आज दारू को देखकर मुझे नफरत होने लगी है। लहसुन-प्यास तक छोड़ दिया।"

"Aaj daaru ko dekhkar mujhe nafrat hone lagi hai. Lehsun-pyaaz tak chhod diya."

Yeh "nafrat", yahi transformation ka asli pramaan hai. Jo cheez kabhi jeevan ki zaroorat thi, wahi ab ghrina ka vishay ban gayi. Yeh avastha satsang ke nirantar shravan se aati hai. Maharaj ji ka saral nirdesh hai: ek satsang chhodna bhi mat.


Nishkarsh: Kripa, Satsang aur Savdhani

Bhaiya, chaar cheezen ek saath chahiye.

Pehli: Shri ji ki kripa, jo satsang-shravan se utarti hai. Doosri: buri sangati ka poorn tyaag, jo relapse se bachati hai. Teesri: mata-pita ki seva, jo bhagya ka dwaar kholti hai. Chauthi: roz ka naam-jap, jo in teenon ko tikaye rakhta hai.

Jani Rana ji jaise udaharan hamare saamne hain. Jo asambhav lag raha tha, wo sambhav hua. Parivartan hua. Aur tika bhi. Hazaaron aise log hain jinhone sharab chhodi, maans chhoda, jeevan badla, keval satsang-shravan se.

Maharaj ji kehte hain:

"राक्षसी बुद्धि का निदान अध्यात्म से होता है।"

"Rakshasi buddhi ka nidaan adhyatm se hota hai."

Aur yeh adhyatm kahin door jakar nahi milta. Aaj se Maharaj ji ka ek satsang suniye. Bas shuruaat kariye. Shri ji ki karuna par bharosa rakhiye: "Jholi bhari dekhi."
