Krodh Aur Naam Jap: Premanand Ji ka Woh Sachcha Raaz Jo Badal Deta Hai Sab
Premanand Ji Maharaj bataate hain — krodh ki asli jad kaamna hai, aur naam jap woh ek cheez hai jo isse roots se khatam kar sakta hai. Padhein yeh gehri baat.

Gussa aata hai — aur ek pal mein sab beh jaata hai. Jo baat socha bhi nahi tha, woh munh se nikal jaati hai. Jis rishte ko sambhaal ke rakha tha, woh sirf kuch seconds mein zakhmi ho jaata hai.
Krodh aur naam jap — is topic pe Maharaj Ji ne jo kaha hai, woh sirf aatma ko hi nahi chhoota, balki kal se hi kaam aata hai, practical life mein.
Krodh Ki Asli Jad — Kaamna
Bhai, krodh akele nahi aata. Uski ek "maa" hoti hai — kaamna.
Maharaj Ji seedhi baat karte hain:
"क्रोध क्यों आता है? कामना से क्रोध आता है। जैसे हम चाहते हैं यह हो जाए और वो नहीं होता तभी क्रोध आता है। क्रोध की स्वयं की सत्ता नहीं।"
(Krodh kyun aata hai? Kaamna se krodh aata hai. Jaise hum chahte hain yeh ho jaaye aur woh nahi hota tabhi krodh aata hai. Krodh ki khud ki koi satta nahi.)
Matlab — krodh koi independent power nahi hai. Jahan chahat ruk jaati hai, wahi krodh paida hota hai. Ghar mein wife se expectation hai ki khana time pe bane. Bachche se hope hai ki padhai mein top kare. Office mein boss se chahte hain thodi appreciation mile. Aur jab koi bhi expectation poori nahi hoti — boom, gussa.
Isliye Bhagavad Gita (2.62–63) ne is chain ko ek dam clear shabdon mein kaha:
क्रोधाद्भवति सम्मोहः सम्मोहात्स्मृतिविभ्रमः।
स्मृतिभ्रंशाद् बुद्धिनाशो बुद्धिनाशात्प्रणश्यति॥
(Krodh se sammoh, sammoh se smriti-bhransh, smriti-bhransh se buddhi-naash, aur buddhi-naash se vinaash.)
Paanch links ki ek chain. Aur yeh chain shuru hoti hai ek chhoti si "chahiye" se — jise Patanjali Yoga Sutra (2.3) mein raag klesh kaha gaya hai: saadhana ke paanch shatruon mein se ek.
Koi bada paap nahi chahiye is chain ko start karne ke liye — bas ek chhoti si desire ka poora na hona kaafi hai. Isliye krodh ko jeetna actually kaamna ko samajhna hai, dramatically tyaag karna nahi.
Jab root cause clear hua, toh samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh gussa humari sadhana ko kitna bada nuksaan pahunchaata hai.
Krodh Ki Spiritual Haani — Kyun Yeh "Aasuri Pravritti" Hai
Maharaj Ji ne krodh ko koi weakness nahi, balki ek aasuri guna kaha hai. Bhagavad Gita ka solahwa adhyaay kaam, krodh, lobh ko aasuri pravrittiyaan kehta hai. Maharaj Ji ne seedha kaha:
"क्रोध जो है, ये आसुरी प्रवृत्ति है। ये नाश कर देती है।"
(Krodh jo hai, yeh aasuri pravritti hai. Yeh naash kar deti hai.)
Ek baar krodh ka darwaaza khula — toh phir gaaliyan, kadwe bol, maar-peet: sab ka silsila shuru ho jaata hai. Krodh mein bhajan kam hota hai, anand kam hota hai.
Lekin jo baat mujhe sabse zyada hit karti hai woh yeh hai — gusse ke baad ghanton pachtaawa karte hain, jo energy waste hoti hai ussi mein, woh energy naam jap mein ja sakti thi. Hum gussa "karte" nahi — hum apna jap ka time spend karte hain. (Aur yeh koi nahi bolta is tarah.)
Koi pooche — woh gusse ke dus minute mein aakhir mila kya?
Jis din yeh hisaab samajh aaya, gusse ko rokne ki motivation hi badal jaati hai. Sawal yeh nahi rehta ki "krodh bura hai?" — sawal banta hai: "Main itna mahanga saudaa kyun karun?"
Upaay 1 — Naam Jap: Buri Vrittiyon Ko Jad Se Mitaane Ka Science
Ek sadhak ne Maharaj Ji se pucha — "Naam jap karte waqt krodh kam hota hai, par jap chhodte hi fir badh jaata hai." Maharaj Ji ne uski taareef ki: "Bade guru aadmi ho, tum!" Aur phir jo samjhaya, woh bahut gehri baat hai:
"नाम जप करते हुए जब तुम्हारे अंदर गलत वृत्ति आती है ना तो अंदर जो मन में गलत वृत्ति होती है, वो डिलीट होती है। वो नष्ट होती है।"
(Naam jap karte hue jab tumhare andar galat vritti aati hai na, toh andar jo mann mein galat vritti hoti hai, woh delete hoti hai. Woh nasht hoti hai.)
Yani naam jap koi pain-killer nahi jo effect khatam ho jaaye. Woh ek process hai. Yeh process dheere-dheere chitt ki un galat vrittiyon ko roots se nasht karti jaati hai jo krodh ko janam deti hain.
Hum log naam jap ko ek alag "session" maante hain — subah japa, ab chhutti. Lekin Maharaj Ji keh rahe hain: aisa practice karo ki khaali time hi na rahe.
Yeh sunne mein mushkil lagta hai. Par "khaali time na rahe" ka matlab yeh nahi ki kaam karna band karo. Matlab hai: kaam karte hue bhi mann mein "Radha Radha" chalta rahe. Yahi fark hai.
Jap kaise karein? Jab gussa uthe usi waqt, mann-hi-mann "Radha Radha" shuru karo. Akele ho toh bol ke, bheed mein ho toh mann mein. Situation kuch bhi ho, jap ka thread mat todna.
Naam jap ke saath-saath do aur helpful cheezein hain jo gusse ke moment mein turant kaam aati hain.
Upaay 2 — Maun Aur Situation Chhodna: Krodh Ko Bhadakne Se Rokein
Maharaj Ji ka direction bilkul simple hai:
"जिस समय क्रोध आवे जोर-जोर से राधा राधा बोलने लगो। क्रोध शांत हो जाएगा।"
(Jis samay krodh aawe zor-zor se Radha Radha bolne lago. Krodh shaant ho jaayega.)
Aur agar jap ke saath bhi situation handle nahi ho rahi, toh do aur steps:
- Maun: Bolne se gussa badhta hai, argument mein aur badhta hai. Bas chup. Daant peeso, par zuban band rakho.
- Jagah badlo: Jahan krodh bhadak raha hai woh situation turant chhoddo. Maharaj Ji kehte hain: "Bilkul peeche, turant mudiye, hatiye aur chal dijiye."
Teen steps. Bas.
Saas yaad rakho. Jab sab bhool jaao, saas yaad rehti hai — body ka sabse easy brake hai.
Jahan baat pe baat hui, gussa aa hi jaayega — yeh pakka hai. Isliye apni baat keh do aur chal do. Ruke rehne mein koi jeet nahi.
Yeh teeno upaay actually ek hi kaam karte hain: krodh ko oxygen dene se rokate hain. Bolna band karo, jagah badlo, jap shuru karo — krodh ki laun bujh jaati hai.
Grihastha life mein ek aur subtle sawaal aata hai — kya kabhi family mein gussa dikhana zaroori ho toh kya woh paap hai?
Grihastha Samajh: Krodh Ka Natak Aur Asli Krodh Mein Fark
Ek bhakt ne kaha — "Maharaj Ji apne bachcho ko bhi daant dete hain. Main itna jalta hun!" Maharaj Ji ne jo jawab diya, woh bahut practical hai:
"क्रोध का नाटक करना और क्रोध होना, ये थोड़ा अंतर है।"
(Krodh ka natak karna aur krodh hona, yeh thoda antar hai.)
Family mein bachcho ko sahi raah pe rakhne ke liye kabhi-kabhi gusse ka acting karna zaroori hai. (Main bhi pehle yahi sochta tha ki strict hona matlab andar se kadwaahat rakhna — par yeh fark samajhna zaroori hai.) Maharaj Ji kehte hain — agar bachche thode darte nahi toh woh sahi raah pe nahi chalenge. Lekin itna dar bhi nahi ki woh aapse door ho jaayein.
Chaar situations jahan yeh fark sabse clearly dikhta hai:
- Maa-baap ka discipline ke liye daantna — natak hai, paap nahi
- Mann mein dwesh rakh ke daantna — yeh asli krodh hai, yahi nuksaan hai
- Guru ka shishya ko sudharne ke liye sakht hona — kartavya hai, kapat nahi
- Family mein buzurgon ke liye kadwe bol — yeh sanyam ka toota hua wire hai
Kasauti ek hi hai: baahir se gussa dikhe, par dil mein shanti bani rahe. Jis din krodh dil ke andar ghus gaya — wahin se sadhana ka erosion shuru hota hai.

Naam jap se krodh kaise khatam hota hai?
Naam jap chitt ki un galat vrittiyon ko dheere-dheere nasht karta hai jo krodh ko janam deti hain. Maharaj Ji kehte hain ki jab naam jap chalta rahe toh mann mein uthti galat vritti "delete" hoti jaati hai. Continuous jap krodh ki asli jad — kaamna — ko bhi kamzor karta jaata hai.
Kaamna se krodh kyun hota hai — Gita kya kehti hai?
Gita ka sutra clear hai: kaam se krodh aata hai, krodh se smriti-bhransh, smriti-bhransh se buddhi-naash, aur buddhi-naash se vinaas. Maharaj Ji samjhaate hain — jab hamaari kaamna ki fulfillment mein koi rukawat aati hai tabhi krodh janamta hai, isliye krodh ki apni koi independent satta nahi.
Grihastha mein krodh ka natak karna paap hai ya nahi?
Maharaj Ji clearly kehte hain ki bachcho ko sahi raah pe laane ke liye krodh ka natak karna na sirf theek hai balki kabhi-kabhi zaroori bhi. Asli paap tab hai jab krodh dil mein ghus jaaye. Baahir se acting karo, andar se shaant raho. Yahi marm hai.
Kya maun rehne se gussa sach mein khatam hota hai?
Haan. Maharaj Ji kehte hain — gusse ke waqt turant chup ho jaao aur woh jagah chhoddo. Bolne se gussa badhta hai, argument mein aur badhta hai. Maun aur situation-tyaag, naam jap ke saath milke, krodh ko shaant karne mein bahut effective hain.
Raag aur dwesh ko sadhana mein kaise jeetein?
Maharaj Ji kehte hain — naam jap aur sanyam se. Jahan krodh ki sambhavana ho wahan zyada der mat ruko. Aur ek aur satsang mein unhone kaha — jab sab mein apna ishta dikhe toh dwesh kahan? Agyan ke karan krodh aata hai, naam jap se woh agyan dheere-dheere hatta hai.
Aakhiri Baat: Adhyatm Se Judna Hi Krodh-Mukti Ka Raasta Hai
Krodh ko willpower se nahi jeeta jaata. Resolution se bhi nahi. Sadhana se jeeta jaata hai.
Maharaj Ji ka yeh vachan is poori teaching ko ek sutra mein baandh deta hai:
"बिना अध्यात्म से जुड़े किसी का जीवन मंगलमय नहीं हो सकता।"
(Bina adhyatm se jude kisi ka jeevan mangalmay nahi ho sakta.)
Jaise-jaise kaamna ghatti hai, krodh apne aap kam hota jaata hai. Aur kaamna ghatti hai — sirf naam jap se.
Aaj se ek chhota sa commitment: jab bhi gussa uthe, usi waqt "Radha Radha" japenge. Daant pees lenge. Aur chal denge. Bas itna kaafi hai shuruat ke liye.
